what does this go to?

this may be stupid but can you tell me what these control, crusie control, ac, lights?

the esc module was screwed ontop of it...

Engine: 305 TBI

Transmission: 700R4

Axle/Gears: 3.42

If that's your 91 RS that's listed in your side bar (just to be sure), then those are the relays for the fuel pump and the cooling fan. The one closest to the driver's side fender is the fan relay (4 wires)and the one closest to the passenger side fender is the fuel pump relay (5 wires).
