Tach wont work, does anyone have a schematic?

Transmission: 700R4
Tach wont work, does anyone have a schematic?
Everything else in the dash works except the tach. If I turn the key to crank the car the tach needle does move a little but hits back to zero when the motor cranks and runs. I guess all I really need is a schematic of the dash mabey. Seems like its getting power or the needle wouldnt move at all?
