I have a 1986 Firebird with the idiot lights, I am in the process of doing an LT1 swap and got a dash and wiring from a 90-92 Trans Am so I can use the electronic speedo, tach and gauges. Other than the additional wiring for the airbag, everything else should be the same, am I correct in this or in error. I know that the gauge and radio will be the same, but not for sure about the fuel pump and taillight wiring that are in the driver side kick panel.

Also I ran into a problem with the passenger side kick panel wiring where the ECM wiring and other set of wiring is located. There are two connectors that have totally different wiring colors than what is in the original harness, I'll post up some pictures later today so they can be identified.
