Making Running Lights Brighter

how can i make those 2 orange lights on the front of my camaro brighter? i love it when you see a newer fbody from a distance and the first thing you see is those bright *** orange lights...and on the thirdgen's they are dull as hell....i was thinking of someway putting like some of those off roading orange lights they have, and put them behind there, but thats kind of ni&&er rigging it..anybody have any ideas on making it brighter? can you just replace the bulb or what??

one fairly easy way to make them brighter is to get clear covers (instead of the dulled out stock ones) and put in orange bulbs....

theres one guy on here that has a step by step on how to do that, if I can find it I'll post the link for you.

it probably will be a while yet...my motor is going back together this week, so i'm kind of concentrated on getting that in and everything...who knows when i'll get to the little detail work...i'm tryin to scrape up enough ambition but between going to school all day, then workin all night, then drinking on the weekends, then workin on the camaro in the meantime, its been wearing me down alot lately..who says kids have it easy!!! i'm 18 and i feel like i'm about to die!

Search for "Daytime Running Lights" or DRL's. They actually use the brighter of the two filaments in a dual filament bulb. You could just wire the lights in reverse for another hackjob way of doing it.
