OK i found the relay. I took the wires out and where the relay plugs into the wires looks melted on all but 1 of the slots. How do i fix this problem?
I figured im gonna have to buy a new relay and a new piece for the wires to connect to?
And what would have caused this problem?

Fuel pump relay is different from the others. It should be a square relay as opposed to the oval shaped MAF power and burnoff. Most TG's I have seen, my 89 camaro included the wire is exposed about a half inch before the insulation starts, don't know why. The plug assy is available from AC Delco under part # PT1115, relay is a 212-305. These are AC Delco numbers, not the GM eight digit dealers use but any dealer can cross reference them. The wire should not burn since it is fused well below the wire rating. The relay could have bad contacts causing an overheating condition, but I doubt it. Remember, the fuel pump gets voltage from 2 places, the relay and the oil sender sw. If the sender is good you can pull the relay out and the car should still run. The sw closes at 4-5 psi oil pressure. A common problem with TG's is long crank time. When the relay fails you need to crank to get 4-5 psi oil pressure then the pump comes on. If you had a short severe enough to burn the wire, either it has too big a fuse or the fuse was bypassed.

The fuse is a 20 amp one.
It doesnt even start with the relay in, so is it not the relay if the FP has 2 sources of power?
Heres pictures of what im talking about:
