sorry ive searched but i still need HELP

I HAVE A 90 IROC with a 305 tpi and 5spd.
My problem is that it wont start, ive put a test light to my fuses my batt fuse works but the ignition block is dead, this is bad because I had to many ignition problems in the past so i put a push button starter in. Now two years later it won't do a thing my gauges will not turn on nor will my ses light vats light or infres light. i turn the key and nothing. my starter doese work because i was able to jump it and drive my car home without gauges. So now i am lost
can someone HELP

P.S.
I drove the car to my parents house turned it off but when I tried to start it 3 minutes later that is when it did nothing. I can hear the fuel pump prime and even jump the starter and drive it home i've pulled my starter and had it tested and they said it was fine that is where I got lost

With the ignition switch in the RUN position, almost all of the orange wires (ACC circuits) should have 12VDC. If not, start looking at the ignition switch and fusible links.

I ran through all of my ignition wires and had 12 volts up to the fire wall. After that, most of the lower fuses are dead. I think that I fried my fuseblock. For now, I have bipassed many fuses so my car starts and the gages run. I fear that I may have to replace my wiring harness.

You may have a bussing problem in the fuse panel, or a problem at the bulkhead connector. I've had the same kind of problem on other vehicles:
