well it says its a control module, but how does this work with your factory ecm

It would supposedly work through the TPS. However from reading the PDF instructions located on that page and the instructions are very vague and give no wiring diagrams. I would have to say it is a $300.00 dollar rip off. Please note in the instructions that it says it should not be turned on or off with the engine running and that it only gives the additional boost in the 1000 to 5000 rpm range.
