wipers wont recess

wipers wont recess

I think this belongs in electrical? The wipers work ok and all, but when I turn them off, they do not "recess". I'm sure there are plenty of camaro's out there with this issue! Please lend any help! This is on a 94 camaro.

Check your linkages going from the wiper motor to the arms, and make sure the motor is working right.
