no lights

no lights

i have a 91 rs. my headlights, taillight, dash lights, and door locks do not work. i checked all the fuses under the dash. any suggestions on what to check next would be helpful.

Axle/Gears: monsterous 2.73s in both
Did you have to replace the ACC fuse? I know my cigarette lighter shorts out the Accessories circuit (although I don't think the headlights are on that circuit). Even when I put in a phone charger the fuse blows. ALSO, sometimes when I stepped hard on the gas, sparks would fly out of it. YEA. I took a screwdriver to the inside and bent the prongs in so they don't contact the inside. No more sparks. (I'll replace later).

SO, make sure your cig lighter isn't shorting out your ACC fuse.

If that does not work check the fusible links. I am not sure if they have anything to do with interior stuff and if that does not work start looking for a loose ground.
