Aight, I need some fan help

What do I need to do to test the fan core/motor to see if it died on me?
I just want to check it, to see if it still works.
NOTE: I have the fan motor set to constantly on.

Car: 1992 Camaro RS - not real slow anymore...
Engine: SPDC 360 MAF EFI /w a Holley Stealth Ram
Transmission: T5 untill it blows up from to much torque
Axle/Gears: Ford 9" /w auburn pro & 3.89's
Jumper pins "A" and "E" on the cooling fan relay. In case you don't know where this relay is, look at the picture below.

Pin "A" wire = Red
Pin "E" wire = Black/Red

It was the inline fuse I had on the line.
It was fawking fried.
replaced it, its all good now.
