Replacment Key

Hey all....I need to obtain a replacment key for my 89 iroc...i have no spare...How would i go about this...Would i be able to do it with the vin just going to the dealer...I would rather stay away from the dealer since i would have to pay them with an limb....

The dealer is the best way for the keys with the anti-theft device in them.

Or bypass VATS and go any where or key coppies.
