Ignition question
Has anyone ever heard of having spark at the beginning of cranking then it would go away after a few seconds? Is my module going? Or am i just seeing things. It won't start and I'm running out of thoughts of what it could be.

Did it voltage is good, ground is good. I replaced the module just to be sure still the same. I'm starting to think the ecm is bad. Any suggestions?

yes I checked it. It looked in good condition and I checked it per the manual It read 975 ohms or something I don't remember exactly. So its within specs. This is just racking my brain because I do have spark, Its timed right, there is compression, and I even changed the carb to rule that out and unless that one is bad too I don't know where else to go. Right now I have the timing cover off and I wanted to check to see if it jumped a tooth or something but its right on, the chain is a little loose so I'm going to change it but I don't think that's the problem. I'm thinking maybe the knock sensor is bad retarding the timing when I crank it so enough it won't start or the computer may be bad. That's what's next unless someone can point me somewhere else.
