Where would the ECM be located after a RHD conversion?

Hi all, as some here would know I'm located in Australia and I have a Trans Am that has been converted to RHD. I wanted to locate my ECM unit to replace the chip. I have had a quick look under the Dash but before I start removing panels and really getting stuck in to it I thought I would see if anyone has any ideas where the normal spot to put it might be.
