Fuel Pump Relay?
Where is it on my car? Is it near the firewall and underneath the big antenna cable? Does it have green/white and black coming out one side and light blue and black coming out the other or is that just a connector? to what?
If so, where is the relay? Is it a relay that looks normal with wires coming out of only one side and the other side is like a top hat? help me out!

On the driver's side, you should, at the firewall yes, have something like a bracket cover, holding two relays, one of them being the fan relay, the other one being the fuel pump relay.
Both relays are identical, so be sure to know which one is which, if I remember correctly, the fuel pump relay's wires are red, orange, green/white, black and grey I believe.
I managed to fry my fuel pump driver on the ECM when I was wiring stuff into the wrong relay, wiring a manual fan switch.
What's your exact problem ??

Orange, Dark Blue, Brown/White, Black/White, Red
and I don't know what you mean by flat plug..wait, I see it, let me try that one, third from the right, right??
*EDIT I FOUND IT,
I took off that one listed and started the car to power, and heard the fuel pump working, so I put that one back on and tried the one with rubber backing, fuel pump still working, I took off the relay on the corner of the firewall and the driver's fender, 8 starts, no fuel pump, I HAVE FOUND THE FUEL PUMP RELAY. I'm going to autozone after dinner, maybe they have one. On second thought, it may be cheaper from Rockauto.com, where I bought my AC fan relays from.
