1985 V6 Firebird Dash Gauges out. Need help

So, I've searched much as I could anyway, can't seem to find anything like my particular situation.
Basically I have no ECU in my car, the engine and tranny are swapped, and no radio/pod or any of that in there either. My lights (by some miracle) work, headlights and motors are fine, brake lights fine, and horn and dome light are good too. I have no dash light/acc gauge lights, no light on the shifter, and i replaced some bulbs to check them, and I know that the cluster is getting power and is hooked up properly as I know because all gauges and dummy lights work, as well as the light switch. Does anyone know where I could even start, or why this would be happening? Thanks in advance,
Nick

Check the "TAIL" & "INST LMP" fuse on the fuse panel.
