89 350tpi into a 85 tpi hull, wiring nightmare

i have an 85 trans am that had a 305 tpi in it and i am now putting a 350 tpi from a 89 trans am in it but i'm finding a lot of the connectors don't line up and i'm not sure where they go. where can i find diagrams of a 85 and an 89 so that i could compare and find out?

Autozone has some, but it might not be all. You're best bet would be to get a Helm manual for both.

I am working through the same issues right now. How far into this are you? I have found out that I have power to dash, ignition, and lights, but I do not have fuel. I was able to find that if I sent 12volt to the tan/wht wire that was coming off the alternator it would activate the fuel pump. My engine wiring harness was from the 89 car, is that what yours is from?
