FiberHood and Factory Hood Light
Hey folks I changed my hood to a fiberglass one not too long ago. I've noticed the hood light would stay on, now that there is no metal hood to be the ground. My battery keeps draining, so it has to be this little damn light. But I disconnected the light ( the one ground and the hot wire). Should I have disconnected further down toward the blower/hood light split?
Let's say if I wanted to keep this light, what would i have to do? I have a fiberglass hood. Should I bolt a small metal plate on the underside of my hood? this way I can ground it to that plate which I can connect to the hood hinge-bracket thing?
