What is this for??
Hey guys, I have this in my car, I think my step dad put it in there and he used it or something... but he is in Iraq, I can't just call him and be like "yo".
I assume you plug it into the computer beneath the steering column and it beeps at you, but I didn't want to plug up something and it mess somethin up.

Its the convience center warning. It beeps when you leave the key in the car with the door open, it beeps when you leave the lights on with key off, it also controls the fasten seat belt light in the dash. It goes in the convenince center on the right side of the steering colum.

You are right ...it plugs in next to the steering column.
It's called a convenience center.

Ahh ok, it's the really annoying POS speaker. For some reason, it's either a spare, or my old one that my step-dad replaced.

Yes mine was missing when I brought my recent Camaro. I guess someone thought the same thing and took it out.
