HELP ANYONE HEADLIGHTS ACTING FREAKY
I have a major problem here.

First off it is a 92 camaro rs 25th ann. 305tbi don't think aftermarket 3in exhaust matters, but just in case...yeah...
My headlights won't quit flickering. I checked ground by grounding one headlight directly to the Chasis with no luck, they both still flickered. Then I simply looked at the wiring diagram and saw that the only two places that the headlights are wired in series is the headlight switch and the dimmer switch. I already knew my dimmer switch was broken, because it wouldn't click anymore and was stuck in hi, so I replaced that first, yet still again same problem. So I Went ahead and picked my up my 8 dollar headlight switch and replaced that still no change. I have changed my headlights to accept the h4 bulbs but that was months and months ago. Also WHEN the lights are on the hi-beam lights are on, very very dim, but they are still on and visaversa when I click it into Hi-beam. Also there are no problems with my driving lights tail lights or interior lights, just the headlights. I'm stuck, this is my daily driver and i tend to work nights lol everyone thinks I want to race them getting behind them and flashing constantly at them. You think it could be in the wiring between the headlight switch and dimmer switch? or maybe i need to go get different headlight, not big loss there got these on ebay. Please HELP ANYONE

You should post this in the electronics forum, not the TBI forum.

did and no one responded yet. it's not crazy to think other tbi owners might have this problem seen it in here before with other symptoms. this is my only vehicle and it's not like I have the dough to take it to a shop.
have you been able to chase the wires from the switch to the headlights? sounds wierd, but an old honda of mine did that for a few days. just past the firewall a wire was burned and touching the inside of the fender. if you've replaced all switches, not much left but a bad wire. doesn't seem like a battery or altinater problem.

If you still have the hi/lo switching problem, try tilting your steering wheel all the way down. Can you switch the beams then? If so, you will need to adjust the hi/lo switch. It's an easy procedure and takes maybe 10 minutes.
Let me know and I'll post it up here.
