Heater/AC Question

I'm working installing that 91 dash into my 84.

Here's my question.

The 84 did not have A/C, the 91 dash did.

I've already installed the new diverter box, but the new dash has differnet wiring from what my 84 had.

I would 'like' to use the 91 non A/C control I have if possible. What is needed to make this all work?

I'm looking at my blower motor, and it has different connections on it, compared to the harnesses from the 91 wiring.

So right now what do I need to buy, to make the fan work? Either with the 91 W/AC control or the 91 w/o AC control? I've heard the A/C version has more fan speeds?

Just want to know which direction to go with this.

Thanks
Chris.

Is there a difference in how the vacuum lines hook to a non A/C control and that of a A/C control?

If I replace the blower motor, can I just get any from a 90-92 camaro? will it fit into the housing OK?

What is the resistor pack, I've been reading about? where does it go?

Help!

anyone here?

Here's another question.

It looks like there are 2 vacuum lines in the engine bay, that come from the heater control. Do they both get connected to a vacuum? or does one get plugged?

This is what it's doing now, maybe it's working right, but doesn't seem like it.

When should the door open that connects to the firewall? It's the one hooked to the orange line. I can't seem to get that one to do anything?

Also, when I select 'vent's air should come out all the vents correct? It doesn't, I do get air out the vents if I turn it to A/C settings?

Any guesses?
