I got a 1991 Pontiac Firebird, i drove to work i come out and go to leave, i try to crank the engine and all the interior lights cut out, if i wait like 20mins the interior lights will come back but same thing keeps happen, is this a bad ground or something not connected right ( i did put in a dash wiring harness few weeks ago.)

 

sounds like a dead battery.
