hey guys i have a problem. i have 90 rs 305 tbi. my feul pump isnt working. heres what happened. when i got the cat the fuel gauge was stuck on 1/2 tank. i took out the sending unit and discovered the float was hanging up on the baffle. that problem is fixed. i disable the wire to the pump and left the ground and the sending wire connected, turned on the ignition, guage works. reconnected the fuel pump wire, tried to start the car, pump didnt prime up or run at all. i jumped the pump wire with a "hot" wire the pump works. what did i do wrong ? any suggestions
