Car: 90 R/S camaro 3.1L stock,
my hatch pull down motor case snapped(plascic sux) so what i did was crawl inside and found the "sweet spot" where the latch mechanisim worked and the hatch was down snug.marked it with a marker and then removed the whole assembly and realighned my marks , drilled and pinned the track assembly in place usein sum machine screws.then reinstalled the part sana electrical hookups and it worked fine .However yesterday found the same part at the bone yard for 8.00 and it worked fine so swaped them back out and it pulls down again.(hey renind me sumtimes to explain a simple method to work power locks, windows, ect on site blew the guys mind when i did it at the counter)
