Power to interior

I have a 90 Rs that was originally 5.0 TBI and now its got a carbed L98 in it. When i bought it it was a half done project. I just bought alternator starter keyless entry and all the good stuff and now im in the process of hooking it up. I got a bunch of schematics but cant seem to get any power going to the interior. Im assuming the power needs to go to the fuse box? The only wire I found that might be useful was a fusible link red wire with a 10 A fuse in it. Tried hooking that up to the alt and it didnt help. Any suggestions? the wiring is kinda hacked up form the previous owners
