Ok i got my aftermarket fuel pump in (in-tank) and now comes the question.....how can i make the new in-tank harness work? It only comes with the pump connector and I am hesitant to solder the old connector to it without being able to coat the solder in something the fuel won't eat off. Any suggestions to coat the solder with? Bare power wires in the fuel tank do not give me the warm and fuzzies.

 

Cover it with shrink tubing.
