Aftermarket Fuel Guage Question
Ok, I was looking at the Autometer gauges and I know the stock fuel sending units are 90ohms full, 0 empty, my question is can I use an Autometer guage with the stock sending unit?
Looking to do a custom guage cluster so I am trying to use as much of the stock harness as possible, but I will rewire it to work.
I did do a search but there was too many threads and not the info I was looking for, so don't think I am cluttering the boards.
Thanks ahead of time!

Yes you can use an aftermarket gauge with the stock sending unit, thats what I did on my gauge swap. Just be sure you get a gauge thats made for a 0-90 ohm sending unit like this one.
