Fuel pump relay is on the driver's side firewall between the brake booster and the fender.Have you checked the fuel pump fuse.Check for loose connections also.

It is mounted to a bracket on the drivers side firewall. It is the one in the middle of the three on mine (however on some cars i have seen it to be all the way on the left of them). Check the fuse 20A fuse by the battery as well as the one in the fuse block. I remember fixing my fuel pump problem in my car. Dropped the tank for no reason. The problem was a cut wire under the dash.
