What's this Connector for?

Axle/Gears: Strange S60 3.73
What's this Connector for?
I have an unhooked connector that is by the distributor cap and the transmission dipstick. There are two wires to it. (Black wire and a light blue wire with a black stripe). Any clue what it is for or where it goes?

To get a better idea of where it is, it comes out of the main harness. It is between the tranny dipstick tube and the ignition coil.

I know this is hard to see but it was the best picture i could get. It is black and sits to the right of the tranny dipstick.

If everything is working fine and there's no SES light, I wouldn't worry about it. There's many connectors on many of these cars that are connected to nothing, reason being usually an option you don't have or a component changed for a different year, but it was cheaper for GM to leave the harness the way it was previously.
