No Headlights

Engine: 350 tpi
Transmission: 700
Axle/Gears: 3:23
No Headlights
I have a 91' rs and the headlights will not work, I have replaced the bulbs and the switch. I can't find a fuse for them and I dont know where the relay is. Can anyone help?
