ok so recently i used the cig lighter, and after i put it back in i heard something pop and i now have no interior lights, no cig lighter, no radio and no power locks, but everything else in the car works. i check the fuses and they are all good, but the ctr fuse is not getting any power. now before i go and buy a chiltons, i was wondering if anybody knew about any fusable link or relay that might control all of these electronics... the only fuses i have check are the ones under the dash and the 2 by the battery... any help at all would be grealty appreciated

 

My experience is it is usually the fuse. I had a simular problem. The cig lighter was creating a short. I changed the lighter which was staying in the pushed in position the entire time. I know of no fuseable link for these items and they are all linked to the fuse. Double check that fuse and all related grounds to the items you listed.
