As it says on my other thread about the cluster wiring that i just bought a 91 z28 camaro and the previous owner he took out the engine fan ( that cools the motor ) and replaced it with an automatic/electric fan which is installed with the radiator thats connected with the head light switch..so now to turn the fan on i need to pull the switch for the headlight to make it work..

so my question here is if someone here knows about these cars know a site as i said previously with DIY that shows how to connect it properly without all these complications.

If you want the fan to be controlled by the ECM then do it like the picture illustrates below..



If you have dual fans use another relay to control fan2 via the ECM too. And just split the signal from the ECM into both relays.
