1992 Trans Am turnsignal questions
1992 Trans Am turnsignal questions
I have a 1992 Trans Am that I want to modify the rear turn signals. I purchased a set of tail lights from a 1989 Trans Am that I have installed. My turn signal in the rear only has the first bulb flash while it is on, and I have heard that there is a modification that can be done to get all three on one side to flash. What needs to be changed to make it so that all three bulbs flash while the turn signal is turned on? I detailed explanation would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Re: 1992 Trans Am turnsignal questions
You will need to do one of 2 things.
1.get a harness from an 85-90 t/a or gta and cut the harn. conn. on both the int. harness and the taillight harness and wire them together.
2.get 4 bulb sockets from any third gen bird and wire them into your 92 taillight harn.
I chose option 1
not hard to do when you know what and where to do modifications.
Let me know if you need more info on what method you decide to go with.
