Two connectors behind the passenger strut in the engine bay of tpi motor. one is red the other orange. where do they go and do i need them?

if its like a 91 tbi wiring one might be for the hood light, i dont have my car by me or i would check. i know that there were two when i got the car and one plugged perfectly into the unplugged hood light and the other one is still chillin there

 

one is the hood light i forgot because i have an aftermarket hood. the other though i dont know ill try to post a pic.

Hood light and fuel pump "priming" connector. Hooking it to the + terminal of the battery will directly power the fuel pump.

 

so do i just leave this fuel pump connector alone?

 

Yes, unless you want it to run for some reason. I used this connector when diagnosing my fuel problems. It's easier than turning the key on and off. I also used it to power the pump so that I could drain my old fuel tank before removal.
