'87 Firebird VIN H fuse panel wiring

A buddy of mine decided to run his cooling fan off of the B+ lead from the fuse box. I'd rather not tear apart all the loom, so I'll specify the symptoms, and I hope someone may know where the fusible link for the fuse panel may be. The hot leads for the radio, the interior lights, power door locks, trunk release, and cigarette lighter are all out, no juice. If anyone has encountered the battery lead going out, as well as these other circuits, I'd appreciate any info. For reference, all the fuses are good, but the hot side of the fuse panel is dead only on specific circuits including B+.
