Question About Fuses

I was looking under the dash today and i noticed that there were some fuses missing. Do all the fuses need to be there?, and i have a question about the third brake light on the hatch of a 92 camaro, i replaced the bulb and it still does not work, what could be the problem?, any help is appriciated.

Re: Question About Fuses

If everything is stock on your car, yes all the fuses need to be there. You will have some holes where a fuse could go but there are no guts in it for options your car dosent have. Take a mirror and flashlight and look inside the ones u think are missing. If there is no metal prongs then it is just a emply hole. I would check your book to see what fuse runs the third light and see if its blown, if not check for power on both sides when ignition is on and pedal is depressed. Good there do same check at the light, not good there check switch on pedal.
Good luck
