Fuse block woes, how/where does it mount??

Ive rewired my car reusing the fuse block from the factory. Im now ready to tuck the fuse block back up iunderneath the dash, but I cannot figure out how the bracket mounts the the underside of the dash. There's the fuse block itself, then there's a plastic "retainer" that clips onto the block, then a metal bracket that the retainer mounts to. Only thing is I cannot figure out how/where the bracket mounts to! Maybe Im missing one more piece, but all the service manuals, even the GM parts pictures at work, do not show how this all goes back in. Does anyone have a picture of underneath the dash that shows how the fuse block bracket is mounted?
