new window lift motor, window stops hard near top
i replaced the window motor in the 82 and well the window comes down only about an inch and then it stos hard- with a solid metal sound from what seems to be the regulator assembly
it used to roll just fine- just that the thermal breaker in it would keep stopping the motor on the way down or up
i didnt change anything regarding the tracks or adjustments or anything at all
ideas ?

figured it out, was one of the screws and nuts i put on to hold the regulator assembly, it was too long and hitting the regulator somehow
