help finding thread...
i know this has been covered, if someone has the thread right off or a quick answer...
I have no power going to the grey/tan wire lead into the alternator. hooking it straight into the battery nets me 13 volts. what regulates this wire to power up the alternator? where is that thread? or who has a quick reply as to how to fix this problem?

Re: help finding thread...
JUST FIGURED THIS ONE OUT FOR MYSELF...
Seems when i start the car, the ignition returns too far back and the connection is lost between the ignition switch (electrical box) and the fuse box. when i tried the heater fan, this as well did not work. i went to shut the car off and for an instant, just for sh*ts n giggles i wiggled the key. low and behold, the heater fan worked. i checked the alternator output and sure enough, 13.2 volts! time for an ajustment to the ignition box i guess. cheap enough fix even if i have to buy a new one.
