need location on single stock wire

need location on single stock wire
the wire that goes to the O2 sensor has a wire with or next with a clip at the end. I need to know where it goes. Thanks

What color is the wire. If it goes to a connector, does the wire change color at that connector?
If it is GREEN and on the driver's side of the engine then on my 1989 Camaro 305 FI Vin E (TBI) this wire connects to a sensor that is mounted between spark plugs 1 and 3 (driver's side) and feeds temperature information to the temperature gage in the instrument cluster. I believe it originally had a plastic piece around the clip.

that was it by the way. Thanks. Im going to change the timing and just put in a new distributor. Should be haulin a*s by the weekend.
