no spark? new dist. and coil
i have an 85 iroc that recently caught on fire in the rear of the engine bay and my distributor and wire harness were melted as one. i pulled the wire harness and repaired it and i replaced the stock distributor with a pertronix flame thrower with a vacum advance and a pertronix coil. i got the distributor and coil used so it didnt come with instructions. i have it hooked up to what i thought was right but still not getting any spark. im drawing a mind blank. im pretty sure that ive got the the coil hooked up wrong. someone please help i hate seeing my car down

THEN MAKE THE BODY SPARKLE
If you’re using the canister coil the check for a reversal of the B+ and grounding leads.
Because you bot it used you should test it out of the car before proceeding.
