Okay, my headlights havent been working since i bought this car ( the motor, not the bulb). I picked up some from a junk yard. I tested them by holding them in my hand and connecting them to the old ones pigtail. The car is off, and when i plugged them in they spun like crazy! Does that mean they are good or what? They didnt stop spinning, i didnt know if the was because it wasnt bolted down or what. So what do you think, are they good bad or what?
