Hesitation from bad sensors?

Hi i have a 91 t/a ws6 305 tpi in the morning or right after starting when i drive the car the rpms are reving to 2500 like normal for an auto. but my car goes like 10 to 20 mph and the car seems to stick at that speed till i almost have the gas at 3/4 throttle. it is realy anoying cause i get like 10mpg when i should be getting like 15mpg. any solutions?

Sure, bad sensors can cause this.
To see which sensor it might be, you'd need to put a scanner/laptop on it and watch the values (air temperature, water temperature, spark advance etc) while warming up. If one or more sensors lie to the ECM, that can make it run rough.
