URGENT: NEED HELP!

Here is the problem.

My starter broke, you read right; it BROKE! The housing(?) broke off at the very back of the starter, I only realized this after I pulled the damn thing out, figuring that the starter motor was dead. Lemme preface this by saying getting the damn thing out was MUCH harder than it should have been thanks to my Y pipe being routed directly underneath the damn starter motor. Fun. So I've tried twisting and turning the new starter motor (damn these things are big and heavy) every which way I can to get it in the small hole between the exhaust and suspension. No dice. I need to know if anyone else had this problem, (These are some BIG exhaust pipes that came on the car, maybe aftermarket?) and if so, how did you go about getting it in because I'm about to just cut the damn pipe...

in advance.

P.S. My job requires me to drive, and I have to be at work tomorrow by 5pm...

Re: URGENT: NEED HELP!

Ok, the reason I'm cutting the pipe is the nuts are too rusted to get off, all I'm doing is stripping them... And yes I have used liquid wrench, and yes I let it soak in... I'm going to take a sawz-all to the damn y pipe, and then go get some exhaust brackets when I'm done... Open header for a few minutes, woo hoo!

:EDIT:
I give up, the car is going to the mehcanic tomorrow, my father slapped some sense into me, and I really didn't want to cut my exhaust in the first place...
