need help tpi to lt1 intake

i have a 96 camaro ss and i put a 58mm tb from a super ram intake off a tpi. i wanna know if anyone knows if the tps on the tpi has more resistance than the one on an lt1? i ask because when i start the car know it idles way to high at about 2k so can anyone help me with this thanks
