Looking for ignition advice

So I'm going to replace my spark plugs this weekend. Any suggestions on brand or type? Also, alot of people suggest upgrading the coil, if so, what brand / capacity? I'm running a mostly stock LG4 and I will be advancing the timing a few degrees a day or two after installing the plugs.

Re: Looking for ignition advice

I like Accel. They seem to work well and they are at most auto stores. DO NOT get Bosch - no matter what. Also, I would get a spacer for gaping the plugs. I gapped mine to .45 and they work alot better than the default .30 or .35, whichever it is.
