I have an '87 IROC-Z w/a 350 tpi. I went to start her up last week and discovered that my radio, power door locks, trunk release, and interior lights weren't working at all. They were fine when I had shut the car off a few days earlier. Think it's a blown fuse but I'm not sure which one. Please help me out.

Except for the radio, all of those are off the ACC fuse. You might also check the cigarette lighter, it's the most common culprit to blow that circuit.

Is your radio aftermarket? Was it installed already when you got the car? If so, the previous owner may have wired the radio into this circuit.

Hmm... I'm having this same problem, except none of my fuses are blown. I can't use my door locks, radio, horn, dome light, or trunk motor. I thought it was the cigarette lighter, but I took it out and still no luck. I'm going to disconnect it tomorrow to see if that makes a difference. Everything else on the car seems to work. Any ideas what could be causing my problems?

Edit: almost forgot, one of the headlight motors is broken. Won't spin or move at all. I think it's disconnected though, but I'm going to check again tomorrow.

Are you sure there is power getting to the accessories fuse. Check for 12 volts at the fuse box

so longshot as this was a really old post but I had the same issue, penny shorted the radio, dome light…. Heard a ‘pop’ bit fuse wasn’t blown… checked them all, unplugged the cigarette lighter… no luck, radio and light dead… what would I do next? Serious electrical repair?

Re: BLOWN FUSE: RADIO, DOOR LOCKS, AND INTERIOR LIGHTS NOT WORKING
You gotta figure it out for yerself. Nobody can look into your car FOR YOU and see it FOR YOU. Electrical shorts of this sort are like that. They're caused by something "hot" touching something grounded. Given how many "hot" things there are, nobody is gonna just magically be able to tell you "oh your feeblevetzer got overbiased by the wobbulator and the thingamajig is touching the whatnot all ya gotta do is smack it real good" FOR YOU.

If you have "the same problem", then you've already found it. If OTOH you merely have the same symptoms and you don't know what problem you have, then start at the fuse box.

The interior lights, cig ltr, door lock control, and radio memory (without it the radio won't work right) are all on the CTSY (Courtesy, i.e. Dome, light) fuse. Ya gotta track down what's blowing it. Maybe if you're lucky you can just swap out the fuse and life will be good again. Most likely however, it'll just blow again, and you'll have to dig deeper.

Did you READ this thread before posting in it? Like, did you LOOK in your cig lighter for any foreign objects? Start there.
