I have searched the classified adds, local junk yards, on-line camaro parts distributers and any where else I could think of. My problem is with my cigarette lighter. I do not smoke but, if its in my car I want it to work. When I connect the wires from the car to the lighter socket it fries the fuse. The problem is between the socket and the adapter that is wired to the car. I want to cut my existing wires, hot and ground, and splice them and a new, or used, stock adapter. Problem is I cannot find a complete cigarette assembly that consist of the wires, adapter, socket and element with the white pictue of a smoking cigarette. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
