Can you tell me what this is
I am wanting to do the big 3 upgrade and i have an msd ignition, i use to have the alternator hooked up straight to the battery just like they reommend but this fried my old msd box, so i wanna spliice into the junction further down the positive cable, but first i wanna kno if the pics i have posted show a fusible link or is it a junction, there are 4 ires, red for ecm power, 14g black is for fuel pump curcuit 10g blk.red is the alt power wire and theres another blk/red 10g wire coming from the battery. Seems like it's just a junction but i would like to be safe, i could cut it off and open it up but i figure this is safer and faster. The part i'm talking about is the small round cylinder black

I had the same question about that little black cylinder with 4 wires. Anybody have an answer?
