Intermitant problem with a headlight motors working

I have a 92 TA and the headlights will always turn on, but about 20% of the time at least one of the other headlight motor will not activiate. It's almost like the effected motor does not get any power. This conditions happens in both hot and cold conditions.

If I manually bring the one that fails to open up, it will close as it should when I turn the lights off. If I immediatly try to turn it back on it will not come back up and must be manually brought up.

Any ideas? Sticking relays? I replaced the light switch about 3 years ago and I don't think it's the switch....although I'm open to any possibilities.

Thoughts?

When the headlight doesn't wanna come up, open the hood, locate the black Headlight Control Module box next to the windshield wiper motor and flip the light switch on and tap on the module with let's say a screwdriver. Or wiggle the connectors. If that helps, you either have a bad connection in the wiring or a broken solder point inside the HCM (common occurence).

Let us know if it helps.
