Fan wire to IGN in fuse panel?

Is it ok to run a wire from a switch to one
of the IGN connections in the fuse panel?

Nope, it's not ok.
That would be overloading the wiring for the ignition switch, creating a potential fire hazard.
The right way to do it is to fix the fan circuit.

Hope this helps.

Electric fans can draw 15-20 amps, that's too much for direct power from the ignition switch. You could run a wire from there to a relay under the hood. Put a 3A fuse in the wire near the fuse box end.
